Q: What type of hair does Haircandee offer?
A: Haircandee offers 100% Virgin Brazilian, Malaysian, Peruvian, Mongolian, Indian, Bohemian, Eurasian, Russian and Cambodian hair. We also carry pre-colored extensions, lace and silk closure, lace frontals and lace wigs.

Q: What color is the hair that Haircandee offers?
A: Our 100% Virgin hair is available in a natural brown color. Due to the nature of the hair, Haircandee is unable to guarantee clients a specific color.

Q: Can Haircandee Virgin hair be colored?
A: Yes, Haircandee can be dyed any color. Please see a reputable licensed cosmetologist for coloring services. Haircandee is not responsible for damage that is done to the hair.

Q: Can the curly and wavy textures be straightened?
A: Yes, these textures can be straightened with the proper tools and techniques. We suggest you seek a professional stylist. Haircandee is not responsible for damage that is done to the hair.

Q: Should I use products such as heat protectant on my Haircandee?
A: Yes, you should always use a heat protectant on your hair.

Q: Do you offer discounts or have sales?
A: Our 10% discount is available ONLY to active Military and Current students, and returning clients which cannot be combined with any other offer or transferred. We also have sales and promotions that will be posted on our website and social media.

Q: How many ounces are in one bundle of hair?
A: There are approximately 3.8-4 ounces in each bundle of hair.

Q: How many bundles of hair do I need for a full sew-in?
A: Haircandee recommends at least three (3) bundles of hair for a full sew-in. Some clients who prefer a very natural look prefer (2) bundles, while some clients who prefer a very full sew in orders (4) or more. The amount of bundles depends on the desired style of the client.

Q: If I order hair longer then 24", how many bundles will I need for a sew-in?
A: Haircandee recommends (4) bundles for a full sew-in with longer lengths.

Q: Does Haircandee sell half bundles?
A: No, Haircandee does not offer half bundles at this time.

Q: Does Haircandee ship outside of the U.S?
A: Yes, Haircandee ships internationally please send us an e-mail before placing your order.

Q: How long does it take to receive my hair?
A: There is a very fast 6-8 day processing time which we use to process, inspect, and package your order. Standard shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days. With standard shipping we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. If you choose to overnight hair, it takes approximately 1-2 business days. First Class shipping takes approximately 4-7 business days. If ordering Indian hair, please expect 6-12 business day processing time. We are not responsible for any carrier delays. Please order hair in a timely manner before you schedule an appointment.

Q: How long does Haircandee last? 
A: Haircandee can last a minimum of one year with proper maintenance. Keep in mind that Virgin Hair should be cared for just as your natural hair is. 

Q: How do I measure my head for a lace wig? 

1. Circumference: Measure all around the head. Position tape measure so its edge follows the hair line around the head and the nape of the neck.
2. Front to Nape: Measure from hairline at center of forehead straight back over crown to center of hairline at nape of neck.
3. Ear to Ear across forehead: At the front of your ear, measure from hairline at base of sideburn, up across the hair line along forehead to same point in front of other ear.
4. Ear to Ear over top: Measure from hairline directly above the ear across top of your head to the hairline directly above your other ear.
5. Temple to Temple around back: Measure temple to temple across the back of your head.
6. Nape of Neck: Measure the width of your hairline across the nape of your neck.

If your measurements are between sizes we suggest selecting the larger size that is closest to your measurements. Please do not expect a perfect fit as this wig is not a custom order.
