Haircandee Hair Co. LLC takes pride in the items that we offer. The satisfaction of our customers is our ultimate goal. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair. All hair is thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged to prevent any damage to the product.

In consideration of our staff and customers, we have suspended the option to return products due to COVID-19. We will not accept any items back in our facilities during this time to help ensure everyones safety.
If you have any questions, comments or concerns about our products, please do not hesitate to contact us. Due to the nature of our premium virgin hair products, returns are not accepted. In extenuating circumstances where we approve a return or cancellation, please note that canceled orders can incur a 30% restocking fee. Returns are handled on an individual basis within 24 hrs of delivery. Please send us an email with your full name, order number and details of the exchange. If an exchange is approved, you are responsible for all shipping fees and will receive a store credit for the items.
To receive a credit for your exchange, the hair must be in the exact same condition as you received it. For more information please email us!
