There is a 6-8 business day processing as well as shipping time for most domestic orders. All tracking numbers will be e-mailed to customers after the package has shipped from our facilities. If you have not received a tracking number after four business days, excluding holidays and sales, please email us. If it has been less than four days, please be patient and know that your order is being processed. For express orders in-stock hair ordered from Haircandee will be shipped after the 6-8 business day processing time. Express shipping takes approximately 1-2 business days depending on the delivery area. Expres shipping still follows the same policy, it does not mean your order will ship and deliver within in 1-2 days. If you choose to cancel your order for a misunderstanding of this policy, you will still be charged the cancellation fee. 

WE ARE USING BEST EFFORTS TO PROCESS AND SHIP YOUR ORDERS IN A TIMELY MANNER. HOWEVER, DUE TO COVID-19, ORDERS MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL TO PROCESS AND SHIP (6-8 BUSINESS DAYS). THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING.  

International clients please allow 6-12 days for your orders to be processed. We are not responsible for any custom fees. 

For custom orders including but not limited to our virgin hair treatment services, custom wig orders and coloring services,  please allow an additional 1-3 days for processing those services.

In addition, Indian hair, and some lace wigs can have a longer processing time. For the exact processing time, please contact us via email.

During a sale, please note that the processing time could be extended to 5-7 business days without notice due to extremely high volume of sales. Sale prices cannot be combined with any other coupon or promotion unless otherwise stated.

If for any reason an item is shipped back to our facility, we will ship the package back and invoice the customer for return shipping cost. Refunds will not be issued for hair that is returned to our company from your local post office. Haircandee is not responsible for any USPS carrier delays, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, pandemics, etc. or any other delays not caused by us. Haircandee may require a signature and photo I.D. for all packages to ensure the safety and delivery of the merchandise. If you are unable to sign for your package please pick it up from your local Post Office with a valid ID, this will eliminate any fraudulent attempts. If any fraudulent attempts are made, please note that Haircandee Hair Co. LLC will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Do note, all IP addresses are logged when you visit our website.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not cancel or refund any orders. If there is an extenuating circumstance, we will handle on a case my case basis. Canceled orders will incur a 30% restocking fee. Orders that have already been processed and or shipped cannot be canceled, or changed. In consideration of our staff and customers, we have suspended the option to return products due to COVID-19. We will not accept any items back in our facilities during this time under any circumstances to help ensure everyones safety. 

Once your Haircandee is shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided. In addition, we do not change shipping addresses, and we only ship to the address associated with the purchase. Haircandee is not responsible for tracking your package! If you would like your package to be insured, please request that immediately at the time of purchase so that we can upgrade your shipping details and issue an invoice. Contact the USPS with all questions regarding tracking information at www.usps.com or 1-800-275-8777. Our company is not responsible for lost, damaged, undelivered, delayed or stolen merchandise.

Insurance is available upon request from the customer. If you do not add the appropriate amount of insurance for your package we cannot be held responsible. Please protect your investment and insure your package. By purchasing from us, you agree to our policies.
